The Cottage Place on Squam Lake is situated on the shores of pristine Little Squam Lake in Holderness, a perfect location for your vacation or just a few days of peace and nature. Our vacation rentals include seven cottages, one six-bedroom lodge, and eight cottage suites all of which offer year-round access to the lake and surrounding area. You can spend your time enjoying your comfortable rooms, sit on your deck and listen to the loons, hang out down at the beach, and join others in the common areas which include a gift shop, coffee shop and lobby with a cozy wood-burning stove. Or take a stroll around our lovely grounds and wander among the cottage gardens.
Our sandy beach is directly across the street and frames the beautiful Evans Cove on Little Squam Lake. Seasonal changes bring new purpose to our property like swimming, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling. On the lakeshore, just in front of the vacation rentals, is a large dock that is available for rental by guests with their own boats.
