The Historical Society of Cheshire County will offer a full-day field trip into Crawford Notch, Franconia Notch, and Jackson for people who are interested in the art of the White Mountains. The Canvassing the White Mountains exhibit features 50 noteworthy paintings of the White Mountains and Mount Monadnock by important painters of the 19th and 20th centuries such as Benjamin Champney, John Enneking, William Paskell, and about 30 other artists.
