Four-Course Beer Dinner

Join us in the Great Hall and raise a glass to New England’s craft brewing scene. The evening will begin with a casual cocktail hour featuring two craft beers and passed canapés, before moving into a four-course seated dinner—each course thoughtfully paired with a beer from one of New England’s local breweries.

They’re a time machine, and their energy is infectious! Rudy Cardenas “With over 18 years in the LA music scene, Rudy has made his mark on the industry with gritty, powerful, yet undeniably beautiful vocals reminiscent of a young Steve Perry. Graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Vocal Performance, Rudy has taken his studies in the Rock, Classical, Jazz and Latin genres to create a sound all his own. Best known as a season 6 American Idol finalist, Rudy has taken that experience and platform to share his talents nationally. For the last 5 years Rudy has toured with the UK sensation The Classic Rock Show, an all-star classic rock review who have played 33 yearly sold out shows across Europe. Beginner workshops are perfect for you to grab your friends, grab a drink and come make tiny trees! We’re bringing the awesome art of bonsai out of the hedged in gardens and into the streets! Or at least into your favorite bars/breweries/pubs. Bonsai Bar is a night of fun you don’t want to miss. Learn the fundamental skills and techniques behind the art of bonsai while enjoying a night out with friends! Our teachers will introduce core concepts and guide your experience as you pot, prune, and design your very own bonsai tree!

Our Guarantee: These tiny trees are so hardy we guarantee you can keep yours alive, or we’ll replace it.

This workshop will be hosted at To Share Brewing Company. To Share Brewing Company is about community and providing a safe space for all people to put their differences aside and come together over a pint of great, locally produced craft beer. Oh yea.
