New Hampshire ski resorts offer terrain parks for snowboarding adventure

The only thing that has grown faster in popularity than snowboarding is the slang spoken by its aficionados. Ski areas of all sizes throughout New Hampshire have added terrain parks, half pipes and other challenges for the brave, the bold and the “I’m gonna conquer this mother,” boarders. While having that ability leap into the void is cooler than the mountain at midnight, New Hampshire ski areas have excellent instructors to teach snowboarding to people of all ages and experience. Celebrating its 50th season in 2011/12

Celebrating its 50th season in 2011/12, King Pine and Purity Spring Resort continue to lead the way for families and winter-sport enthusiasts alike. Operarting since the 1930s King Pine is associated with Purity Spring Resort. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and ice skating in an enclosed Zamboni-groomed rink. There are six lifts and 16 trails.
