One of the highlights of staying at the Inn at Thorn Hill & Spa is enjoying a gourmet dining experience at Forty at Thorn Hill and, for a special treat, sharing wine and a fine meal at Forty Below, the restaurant’s elegant lounge and wine cellar. The menu at the restaurant, helmed by a traditionally trained French chef, features seasonally fresh ingredients and local seafood. Each visit provides diners a true taste of the White Mountains, from signature New England seafood chowder and country pate to baked cod, roast half duckling and filet mignon. In the wine cellar, guests are surrounded by racks of sparkling wines, whites and reds, with offerings including a reserve wine list. It’s an intimate, exclusive dining space.
