Amtrak's Downeaster service takes passengers daily from Boston to Brunswick, ME on a two-hour journey through eastern New Hampshire with Intermediate stops in Woburn, MA, Exeter, Durham, and Dover, NH and Wells, Saco, and Old Orchard Beach, ME. And the Vermonter carries passengers from Washington, D.C., to St. Albans, Vermont, through the midsection of New Hampshire with rail stations around the state.
