New Hampshire Highland Games & Festival 2026

Join us at the 51st Annual New Hampshire Highland Games & Festival, September 18 – 20, 2026 at Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln, NH.

This three-day celebration showcases the sights, sounds, and spirit of Scotland through traditional heavy athletics, live music and entertainment, food and drink, cultural activities, and more.

Cheer on your favorite athletes as they compete in The Caledonian Clash. Watch Scotland’s National Chef, Gary Maclean, demonstrate his culinary chops. Salute the pipes and drums as they march into parade square or dance along to the bands performing under the concert tent. Take a stroll down vendor village or participate in a free Try It class. Stop for a photo with the Highland cows, sample Scottish food, beer, and whisky, or trace your roots in Clan Village. You don’t have to be Scottish to enjoy this signature event presented by NHSCOT. Set in the picturesque Back Barn Gardens, the evening features premium cigars, exceptional wines and spirits, live music, and an expertly crafted three-course dinner served beneath an elegant sailcloth tent.

Start the night with a lively cocktail reception, where you'll enjoy handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, beer, grilled specialties, and an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres.

Then, settle in for a three-course plated dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with a premium cigar and complementary beverage to create a truly elevated dining experience.

Both evenings offer the same menu, cigar pairings, beverage selections, and exceptional experience. Simply choose your preferred date when purchasing your ticket, as tickets are valid only for the selected evening.

Bow Rotary Summer Concert Series

The 2026 Bow Rotary Summer Concert Series starts Thursday, July 16, and continues through August 13. Concerts are free and are held on Thursday nights from 6:30-8 p.m. at the town gazebo, across from the Community Center. If it rains, the concerts are held inside the Community Center. The concerts raise money through 50/50 raffles and snack sales with proceeds going to support projects in the Bow community. The lineup for this year’s concerts are as follows. Join The Caterpillar Lab in a free-exploration program and experience the incredible world of New England caterpillars! This drop-in exhibit will feature a variety of local caterpillar species, and there will be plenty for everyone to explore! Educators from The Caterpillar Lab will teach you all about metamorphosis and tell incredible but true stories about the creatures' strange and surprising adaptations. Some caterpillars may be camouflaged to look like twigs or snakes. Some may have stinging spines or brightly colored baubles. Check out some little-known native critters munching on their food plants right in front of you. Stay for a few minutes or for an hour—you're sure to see something new!
