Celebrate the beauty of fall in New Hampshire at Charmingfare Farm’s annual Pumpkin Festival! Bring the whole family for a day filled with pumpkins, farm animals, scenic foliage, rides, live entertainment, and classic autumn fun.

Explore the farm and enjoy a variety of seasonal activities, including pumpkin picking and the Pumpkin Market, horse-drawn wagon and tractor-train rides, barrel train rides, a hay bale maze, a corn play area, and Stuff the Scarecrow. Meet farm animals and North American wildlife, take photos with costumed characters, and enjoy live music and an exciting action juggling performance by Jason Tardy.

Guests can also catch cow milking contests and ox demonstrations on select dates, while pony rides and pumpkin decorating are available for an additional fee.

Make lasting fall memories while taking in the beautiful New Hampshire foliage, visiting the animals, enjoying family-friendly entertainment, and finding the perfect pumpkin to take home.

Join us for the first-ever Dover Pumpkin Stroll on Saturday, October 24, from 5–8 PM at the Joe B. Parks Riverwalk Public Gardens and Waldron Court, featuring community-carved jack-o’-lanterns, seasonal displays, music, downtown business pumpkin displays, and family-friendly fun. Residents, families, schools, community groups, and local organizations are invited to drop off carved pumpkins from 12–3 PM at the Orchard Street Parking Lot, then return that evening to see them glowing as part of the community display. The free event is hosted by Communitively through Discover Dover NH, presented by Profile Bank, and has a rain date of Saturday, October 31, 2026.

Fun for the whole family, the Runaway Pumpkins takes place as part of the NH Pumpkin Festival and benefits the WOW Trail. The 10K and 5K courses offer views of Lake Opechee, cash prizes for top finishers, "delicious" age category prizes and a Kids Fun Run. Long-sleeve tech shirts for those registered by Oct 10.
