The Darby Field Inn has been bringing culinary excellence to the Mt. Washington Valley for almost 30 years. From our made to order country breakfasts to our candlelit dinners, we are always striving to serve our guests in the style and manner that only a true country inn could provide. For a completely romantic evening, begin with a carriage or sleigh ride then settle around a comfortable lamp-lit table in our mountain-view dining room. Our ever changing dinner menu offers such enticing signature entrees as Grilled Lamb Persillade, or Roast Duckling accompanied with raspberry Chambord sauce. For those less traditional, try one of our chef’s ever evolving beef, chicken, seafood, pork, or vegetarian dishes. Pair our food with a bottle of wine from our extensive menu, or enjoy your favorite cocktail prepared in our fully stocked tavern. Dessert includes a variety of delicious homemade treats ranging from sour cream custard drizzled with raspberry coulee, to flourless chocolate pate with white chocolate sauce. After dinner, relax with a cup of coffee before a roaring fire in the fieldstone fireplace in our living room. You will find dining at the Darby Field Inn is more than a meal, it’s an experience!
